On 16th September 2015, Chivas Regal held a global launch event for Chivas 18 Ultimate Cask Collection hosted by Master Blender Colin Scott and Experimental Chef Jozef Youssef at One Mayfair. The event showcased the new blend and Jozef Youssef guided guests through a set of sensory experiments that encourages whiskey enthusiasts to embark on their own experimental exploration of whiskey.
I worked with INCA to design and produce the event, transforming the location into two separate spaces complete with a Chivas 18 Ultimate Cask Collection Whisky Bar and Experimental Lab.
