After the succes of their flagship restaurant, Berber & Q decided to open a second site in Exmouth Market called Shawarma Bar. Specialising in slow cooked lamb and Middle-Eastern style rotisserie chicken.

We were asked to redesign the entire interior and exterior from scratch. The brief was to create a warm, inviting atmosphere, reminicent of old family run restaurants on the streets of Tel Aviv.

We worked on the entire scope as a 2 person team; from concepts, CAD drawings, applying for planning permission, sourcing furniture, bespoke upholstery, lighting and finishes for the entire space that spanned two floors.

We also managed the budget, suppliers, purchasing schedule and worked with the building contractors on the installation and implementation of the designs at the final stage.
