Erdem Dinner

I assisted Fiona Leahy with the design of a dinner for Erdem, which took place during London Fashion Week at Morton's on Berkley Square. The dinner celebrated his collaboration with Matches store to produce a new, exclusive print.

The exterior facade was covered with jewel coloured balloons, secured at the windows so that they twisted around the building. The internal staircase was also styled with flexible neon and black marbled balloons echoing the new print.

To reflect Erdem's print design, the dining table was dressed with a black perspex runner, covered in turquoise vases containing bold flowers in bright red and amber.

The name cards and napkin rings were given special attention; the napkin rings were made of Erdem's exclusive fabric and adorned with a brass tag embossed with Erdem's logo, so that people could wear them as bracelets. For the name cards we cut out hand drawn illustrations from the Spring/Summer collection, with the name cards hanging from ribbon at the wrist like a miniature catwalk.
